11 Years

Mike and I celebrated our 11 year anniversary today. My words are not sufficient enough to say how much I love this man. He supports me in so many ways...from schooling, housework, church callings and many other ways. He is a wonderful husband and father and I more than blessed to call him mine. To celebrate we went to dinner at the restaurant, Carabbas, that we went on our first date and then we played two rounds of mini golf. Here is to eternity.

6 Blissful Years

Today we celebrated 6 years. Time files by so fast, and yet it seems like just yesterday we were dating and getting engaged, let alone married. We started off this morning with family pictures taken at Chautauqua Park in Boulder. I guess it is only fitting that we took them there because that was one of our dates we did with Keith and Kim before we got married. Merideth Hickman Dunning took our photos and I think they are going to turn out great. The weather was perfect, not to hot and sunny.

After pictures we headed home to clean up a bit and then I headed out to pick up Mike's Fathers Day gift. Mordecai took a nap really early, and then woke up fine, even though I suspected something was wrong. We packed the kids up and headed to Lowes to buy some finished wood when Mordecai spiked a fever. So instead of going out tonight we are staying in and watching, "The Tooth Fairy", and "Leap Year". Hopefully Emily doesn't pick up whatever Mordecai has. For now, I think we all might be staying home from Church tomorrow.
